At Jor Shifa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must not be damaged or altered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
